My name is Daniela Nihiser. I’m a 37-year-old mother of four. I wanted to share about my experience in riding with Eloha Transportation.

Just to be up front I don’t get paid for this or any other kind of benefit. In this day & age though I feel like it’s my job to let people know about who to trust with your business. If I had to give a star rating this company deserves five. I am one of their first clients & proud to have been with them since the start. In reality when you choose to use medical transportation you are going to be waiting for your ride. This is my least favorite thing but with this company I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. In using any other company, I have had to wait from 1-3 hours to be picked up then left at my appointment & then wait an hour to be picked back up. Since using Eloha, I’ve never had to wait after appointments. I literally use them 7 days a week to go to both of my doctors back-to-back. They’re never late, & always get me there on time if not early. Plus, they wait for me to get done at my appointments. I have never had to worry that I’m not going to be picked up. They always call me the night before to verify my appointments & times for the following day. I get a call & text to remind me when I need to call my insurance to renew my trips. Lastly, their drivers are always paying attention to the road. I will always make it to my destination in a safe and timely manner. No terrible music or people driving while on the phone. Just a smooth & relaxing ride that I would recommend family & friends alike to use whenever going to any Dr. appointment. You can quote me that I wouldn’t drive with anyone else ever again!
